Account Help
We can help with sign-in issues, profile setup, usernames, profile photos, interests, country settings, and account access.
- Use the same email or login method used when creating your account.
- If you cannot access your account, email support with your username.
- For account deletion or data questions, contact privacy support.
Posts, Stories, and Daybook
Fato lets users post content, share stories, react to stories, follow people, and share short Daybook status updates from their profile.
- Daybook is used for quick status updates.
- Stories and posts may be visible to other users.
- Do not post illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
Radar Matching
Radar helps users discover a vibe match and start a short 2-minute call with another person.
- Be respectful during calls and messages.
- Do not share private information with people you do not know.
- Report users who abuse Radar or violate community rules.
Hearts Requests
Hearts lets a user send a request to be added to another user's Hearts list. The recipient can accept or refuse the request.
- Profiles may show accepted and refused Heart counts.
- Names are only visible to the users involved in the Hearts request.
- You control whether to accept or refuse a Hearts request.
Safety, Reporting, and Moderation
Fato includes user-generated content and social features. Users are expected to follow our community rules and treat others with respect.
- Report abusive users, harmful posts, inappropriate stories, or unwanted messages from inside the app when available.
- You can also email safety@fatointernational.com with screenshots or details.
- Reported content and accounts may be reviewed and moderated.
- Users who violate safety rules may have content removed or accounts restricted.
Privacy
We use account and app information to provide Fato features such as profiles, posts, messages, Radar, Hearts, interests, and location-based personalization.
- Do not share sensitive personal information publicly.
- For privacy or data requests, email privacy support.
- We will review privacy requests and respond as soon as possible.
Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your Fato account or request deletion of your personal data, contact our privacy team.
- Email privacy@fatointernational.com with your Fato username.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- We may ask for information to confirm account ownership before processing the request.
Support Response
We try to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. Response time may vary depending on the issue and the information provided.
- Include your Fato username.
- Include your device model and app version.
- Describe what happened and when it happened.
